Directors & Officers Liability is underwritten on a claims-made aggregated limit on a costs inclusive basis (unless local jurisdiction requires costs in addition).
Primary and excess layers can be written on a 100% or co-insurance basis with capacity available of up to £10,000,000 / US$15,000,000 / €15,000,000 (or currency equivalent) per risk.
NEWLINE writes business worldwide but generally restricts SEC exposure to level 1 ADR programs.
Insured firms can be not-for-profit, privately held, or publicly traded. Start-ups will be considered. All industry sectors, both commercial and financial, are underwritten.
