(NUML), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Odyssey Re Holdings Corp., a US-based, multi-national reinsurance and specialty insurance company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol, ORH. NUML, which manages the underwriting activities of Newline Syndicate 1218, is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and approved to underwrite by the Lloyd’s Franchise Board.
