Rob Hands
Rob entered the insurance industry in 2001 as a graduate trainee with Alleghany Syndicate, (Alleghany Syndicate became Talbot Underwriting in 2002). In 2004, Rob joined Newline Syndicate 1218 in London as a specialist Financial Institutions underwriter. In 2007, he relocated to Singapore to assume the role of Chief Underwriting Officer of Newline Asia. Rob earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nottingham.

Katherine Goh
Katherine worked for OdysseyRe's facultative department in Singapore for ten years. Katherine has been with Newline since 2007. Prior to joining OdysseyRe, Katherine was an underwriter at AIG underwriting small to medium sized commercial package insurance.

Susan Chew
Susan joined Newline Asia in July 2008 as a Liability Underwriter. Prior to joining the liability team, she was with Allianz both on the retail as well as the reinsurance branch for 10 years, and has accumulated more than 8 years experience in underwriting.
