Professional Indemnity
Professional Indemnity coverages are generally written on a claims-made basis, although “acts committed” coverage can be considered in markets where it is standard practice to offer it. Claims-made policies would generally have a retroactive date, covering only acts committed after a specific date, either tied to the date the insured firm was established or the date the insured first purchased Professional Indemnity insurance.
We are prepared to offer coverage on an any one claim or aggregated limit basis with costs either inclusive or in addition to the limit. How the policy is structured is a function of the custom and practice of the local market and the needs of our insureds.
NEWLINE will offer worldwide coverage to clients domiciled anywhere in the world outside of the United States subject to any applicable sanctions or restrictions.
Primary and excess layers can be written on a 100% or co-insurance basis with capacity available of up to £10,000,000 / US$15,000,000 / €15,000,000 (or currency equivalent) per risk.
